Arrival & Timekeeping
We operate a strict 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals disrupt our schedule and impact other clients. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Attending Your Appointment
Please attend your appointment alone. We are a small salon and cannot accommodate additional guests or children unless a child is specifically booked in for an ear piercing. For safety reasons, and due to the use of sharp needles and specialist equipment, no children are permitted in the salon unless attending an ear-piercing appointment (where one parent must accompany).
Client Consideration
Please be mindful of other clients. Many visit the salon to relax and unwind, and we aim to maintain a calm, comfortable, and professional environment for everyone.
Booking Fees & Payments
We require a 50% non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.
Your booking fee can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when appropriate notice is given. All Packages purchased are non-refundable but can be transferred as credit on to your account or gifted to another account holder.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the booking fee is lost and a new booking fee must be paid to secure your next appointment.
Holding Appointments
All booking fees must be paid at the time of booking. A reserved slot can only be held for a maximum of 24 hours without payment.
Product-Based Treatments
For all anti-wrinkle injection appointments (and other treatments requiring bespoke prescription products), we require full payment upfront to cover product and prescription fees.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full treatment price, and all future bookings will require full payment upfront.
